Opt Email Lists for Customers
Posted by Harry Zindel - Optin Email Marketing in Opt eMail List on April 8th, 2009
There are lots of moans and groans about spam mail and rightly so. Any reputable Internet marketer will only use legitimate opt email lists of prospective customers. Legitimate means the prospective customer chose to provide his or her email address. What you want to know is how many of your listed prospective customers have bought your products or skills. Your aim should be to increase your customers. This means changing your prospective customers into paying customers. A very easy way to do this is with the help of op-in revolver software. This software analyses how many prospective are buying.
Marketing is about creative thinking but it’s also about facts, figures and ratios. When you have the facts, figures and ratios you can come up with a creative solution. Your creative solution is your marketing strategy. You may have a strategy that works well for a while but then it drops off. Your software will let you know if your prospects aren’t committing to sales. If they aren’t or there is a drop then you must figure out why. Are your email ads too lengthy or too short? Should you be using simpler language or more complex? Your software will tell you which of your strategies are working. If you try out a strategy your software will provide you with the numbers to back it up.

There are two types of email lists online. An opt email list is one whereby members can “opt-in” or “opt-out”, which means they can choose whether to receive further messages. The other type of email list is a virtual free-for-all, a never-ending stream of spam messages to everyone on a list, no matter what their interest, or how many times they try to unsubscribe. This type of list is pure spam. The former type is what you need to be working with if you are a legitimate, honest business.
There are several reasons why someone would not want to use an opt email list. First of all, they can be expensive to build and maintain. They also take a long time to evolve. People opt-in, one-at-a-time, and the comings and goings of each list member must be attended to manually by someone managing the list. You can buy an opt-in email list, but it might not be accurate, timely, or even real. Oftentimes, the email addresses on lists that are bought online are completely fake.
